Cancellations
Please email anita@firstconf.com
to cancel your registration.
Places are transferable
without any charge. If you cancel your registration after
23 February 2007 we will be obliged to charge you the full fee.
It is possible to transfer
your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend.
All fees for the conference include lunch, refreshments and access
to available post-show presentation slides.
Method of Payment
Please note that payment
must be received before the event. We will send you an email to
confirm that we have received and processed your registration.
In order to guarantee
that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are
avoided please make sure your payment is received by First
Conferences Ltd before the summit. You may pay by credit
card, bank transfer and cheque. We do not accept Diners Card.
Discounts
Only one discount can
be used per registration.

Miscellaneous
The organisers
reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme without
notice.
All prices displayed
are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated but, VAT will be charged
where applicable at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing
and, the relevant details will appear on the invoice.
First Conferences
takes every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the
time of publishing however, bookings will only be accepted if there
is no material error in the price advertised on the website.
